NEIL HOPKINS is an artist, filmmaker, editor and actor best known for his recurring role on the iconic series LOST, as Liam Pace, the drug-addled British rockstar and lead singer of the second greatest fake band in history—Driveshaft.  He was a series regular on the Robert Rodriguez/Roberto Orci spy series MATADOR, and he’s recurred on several series from HBO’s BIG LOVE to CODE BLACK and played a wide range of Guest Stars on over 30 TV shows from THE GOOD WIFE to MY NAME IS EARL to TRUE BLOOD to GRIMM.

 

In addition to acting, Neil wrote and produced the action-comedy pilot HIT FACTOR, which starred Emmy Award winner James Cromwell and won Best Drama at the New York Television Festival. He has also written, directed, edited and done VFX on over a dozen ambitious and often musical short films with his long-time collaborator John Forest. Their ridiculous short, THE KEY, was featured in Deadline and The Huffington Post and has even been dubbed into Russian on Youtube.  Most recently, Neil Co-Created and starred in five short episodes of the musical comedy series D-SIDES, which aired on truTV in their short series RACHEL DRATCH’S LATE NIGHT SNACK. 

 

His short film CASH is making its world premiere at The WLCFF and it features Nebraska native and former DAILY SHOW correspondent Bob Wiltfong.

His most recent short film CASH (Starring WESTWORLD's Ptolemy Slocum) recently won Best Writing and Best Short at the White Light City Film Festival.

He also works as a freelance editor, cutting Trailers, Sizzles and Demo Reels for Actors, Directors and Production Companies.
